Open Text Workflow (previously known as Teamplate for .NET) provides both Technical and Non-Technical workers with a workflow solution that is easy, flexible and integrated. Workflow tasks are delivered to where the work is being done. Workflow tasklists can be delivered to Outlook, CMS, SharePoint, Workflow Webaccess, a web portal, or even a wireless device.
Web-based Workflow wizards provide non-technical workers with the ability to rapidly build, deploy and run fully functional, routing and approval workflow. Technical personnel have the ability to exploit the capabilities of the Workflow IDE to expand on the workflow built by the workflow wizards.
Open Text Workflow solutions are fully integrated with Microsoft server products and provide single sign-on, and embedded workflow capabilities directly into Microsoft SharePoint and Content Management Server products. Additional integration capabilities exist with Microsoft Exchange, BizTalk, MBS, Office Systems, InfoPath, and Visio.

InfoPath
Workflow incorporates Microsoft's InfoPath XML into processes and workflow enables InfoPath. InfoPath can also be combined with Workflow to manage off-line integration of workflow enabled InfoPath documents.

BizTalk
Workflow models Integrate with Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 through a series of Workflow Custom Actions for BizTalk. Files and data can be exchanged between Workflow processes and BizTalk orchestrations to enable organizations to leverage the rich transaction capabilities of BizTalk while retaining the easy and rapid design capabilities of Workflow.
