TechLine Communications' Technical Support

TechLine Communications, Inc. is dedicated to providing superior technical support and services to our customers. There are several ways to obtain support, listed below.

For Technical Support Services - Call (206) 527-3450, Ext. 2.

  • If a Technical Services Engineer is not immediately available, please leave a message in TechLine's Technical Services Voicemail. We will be paged with the message and return the call promptly.
  • If you have a support contract with TechLine, and have an urgent, production- affecting technical issue, we will place a high priority on your call. If you cannot be at your return phone number, please leave instructions how we may page you, or an alternate method to contact you.
  • You may make arrangements for scheduled off-hour support for special projects by calling our office during the week.

If you are having a non-urgent, non-production affecting technical issue, or you do not have a support contract with us, call our office directly at 206-527-3450 X 2, or email us at support@techlineinc.com or fill out our online Support Request form. Please provide your name, company, and contact information and be as detailed as possible about your problem and your existing system configuration. Emailed requests will be responded to within 1 business day.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, Pacific Time. Other times may be scheduled by pre-arrangement.
